- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
- ½ cup cinnamon sugar for coating
In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Spread about 2 tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla.
Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly like a burrito.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the rolled tortillas seam-side down for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Roll the warm Xango desserts in cinnamon sugar.
Serve immediately.
